Delivery & Returns

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that orders from outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees at the border and these will vary depending on your country. Day One Paper Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Turnaround Time

The typical turnaround time is 1-3 business days, but sometimes they may vary. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Time (Standard Shipping & EMS)

EU orders are estimated to take 3-15 working days to be delivered. International orders are estimated to take between 15-30 days to be delivered.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates provided by national postal service and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country.

DHL Express (Expedited Shipping)

EU orders + International orders are estimated to take 2-5 working days to be delivered.

Additional Shipping Information

All shipping costs will be charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Expedited DHL shipping is available to choose as an option on the checkout page. Please let us know about any time-sensitive orders.

Please note that Day One Paper Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays and any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the retailer.

Returns

At this moment we only accept returns on damaged/faulty and incorrectly shipped items and those must be reported via email within 5 days of receiving the order. All items must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us for more details on wholesale@dayonepaper.com.
